1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 clove Garlic
1.5 cups spinach (75 g)
Splash of water (25 ml)
1 cup canned chickpeas (175 g)
Tomato Paste

Herbs and Spices
1/2 tbsp sweet or smoked paprika
Sea salt

Crush, chop and Cook the garlic in a saucepan with a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat until golden brown.

Add the paprika and stir. Add the chickpeas, a tablespoon of tomato paste and salt to taste and cook for another 5 minutes.

In a separate pan add a little water and the spinach copped roughly,bring to the boil and cook for a few minutes until wilted (a couple of minutes).

Add the wilted spinach to the chickpeas and serve.
