1/3 cucumber (sliced into chunks)
2 ripe tomatoes (coarsely chopped)
1/3 Red bell pepper (any color)
1 cloves garlic
1/2 celery stick (chopped)
1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 sweet onion (chopped)
1 tbsp. red wine vinegar (or balsamic vinegar)
