2 cups (120 ml) Vegetable Stock
1 cup (60 g) quinoa
Salt to taste

Add quinoa, vegetable stock, and salt in a medium pan. Bring to the boil.

Reduce heat, cover and simmer until all the liquid is absorbed, about 15 minutes.

When the quinoa is done it will look as if it has popped open, revealing the germ of the kernel.

Remove from the heat and let sit (covered) for about 10 minutes.

Use a fork to fluff and separate the grains before serving.
